Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for occupational health for a 3-month contract in Bedford, IN. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The role focuses on delivering nursing care to employees and supporting wellness programs.

Required RN license in the state with RN diploma/associate degree; BSN preferred and ER/Occupational Health experience preferred. CPR/AED and potential COHN certification are valued.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma/Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state.
• Two+ years nursing experience preferred; ER/Occupational Health preferred.
• COHN certification preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Administers professional nursing care to sick/injured employees.
• Performs and evaluates clinical and diagnostic tests.
• Assists plant physician in minor surgical procedures.
• Interviews and documents medical history of employees.
• Maintains medical records for quality and accuracy.
• Performs and documents physical exams.
• Adheres to department practices and procedures.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
• Promotes plant wellness programs.
• Interfaces with health services customers professionally.
