Job summary

Conagra Brands in Iowa seeks a Registered Nurse to provide occupational health services, administer medications, conduct health assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations across our manufacturing facilities.

You will collaborate with health, safety, operations, and HR teams, maintain confidential records, and support wellness programs, training, and reporting per regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa and completion of an accredited RN program.
• Two or more years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency services, or high-volume clinic.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred and strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and compliance with health records regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adhere to Occupational Health Services policies, procedures, and medical evaluation guidelines.
• Provide first aid, emergency care, and stabilization for injured or ill employees and coordinate transportation when necessary.
• Assess and treat occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries per medical guidelines.
• Administer medications as authorized and schedule health assessments and testing.
• Partner with health, safety, operations, and HR teams to support employee health initiatives.
• Protect confidentiality of employee health information and maintain health records per regulatory requirements.
