Job summary

Pilgrim’s Occupational Health Specialist - LPN is based at the on-site nurse’s station, delivering routine and urgent care, performing health assessments, and maintaining medical records. You’ll respond to incidents on the production floor to keep the workplace safe, healthy, and productive.

Requires an unrestricted LPN license and CPR/First Aid; 1+ years’ nursing experience preferred. Shift is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; base pay is $27.00/hour with comprehensive benefits and

Occupational Health Specialist - LPN

In this key role, you’ll serve as the first point of care for employees, providing both routine and emergency medical attention for work-related and general health issues. Based primarily in the on-site nurse’s station, you’ll deliver care, conduct health assessments and screenings, and manage medical records. The role also requires mobility to respond to incidents on the production floor, helping maintain a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical care within nursing scope and protocols.
• Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
• Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, and audiometry).
• Maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality in all health matters.

What You’ll Need

• Education: Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse required.
• Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required. If selected, Pilgrim’s will facilitate becoming certified in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections.
• Experience: Prefer 1+ years’ experience in the nursing field. Clinical hours can be acceptable for graduate nurses.
