Elios Healthcare seeks a physician leader to advance from clinical care into a hands‑on leadership role in our Phoenix clinic. You will balance patient care with administrative oversight, guiding providers and partnering with state leadership to hit quality, productivity, and satisfaction targets.

The role is a full‑time weekday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with competitive compensation and potential for a performance bonus based on KPIs and clinic metrics.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with board certification in Occupational Medicine or related field.
• DEA license current and valid for clinician practice.
• FMCSA/DOT exam certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Colorado DOWC Level I & II accreditation preferred within 6 months.
• Experience in occupational medicine or workers’ compensation is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct occupational medicine and workers’ compensation care.
• Supervise and support APPs and treating physicians.
• Review and sign charts as needed.
• Partner with Practice Manager on staffing and day‑to‑day operations.
• Support state medical leadership to meet clinic performance goals.
• Drive patient satisfaction and operational consistency.

Current DEA license

FMCSA certification for DOT exams

Colorado DOWC Level I & II accreditation
