Job summary

Concentra in Fremont, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner for a PRN role to support clinics in Fremont and Union City. You will provide primary medical direction and coordinate care within our occupational health program, following established medical protocols.

This position offers a base compensation rate of $85.00 to $120.00 hourly, with benefits such as a referral program, employee discounts, malpractice coverage, and a 401K match after 1000 hours of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health field from an accredited college or university.
• PA/NP program completion and board certification required.
• FMCSA NRCME and DEA licensure requirements prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Examine patient and compile medical data and exam results.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage patient care.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Provide patient education and ensure quality care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
