Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or related discipline.
• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ nursing experience in ER/urgent care or industrial setting.
• Must have FA/CPR/AED certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.
• Knowledge of medical monitoring programs, first aid and CPR, industrial hygiene and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess work-related illnesses/injuries, determine severity and treat or refer as needed.
• Arrange physician referrals for workers’ compensation as required.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure best care.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations for employees as part of health programs.
• Administer random drug screening.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate medical issues to site management and budgets.
