Qualifications

• RN license active in applicable state.
• Arizona BLS competency current.
• On-campus presence or as directed by the work area.
• Additional state licensure and/or specialty certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OHS components and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and implement health promotion and prevention programs.
• Provide case management of occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Perform health hazard assessment and worker surveillance.
