Job summary

Par Health seeks a Supervising Occupational Health Nurse to lead the site Occupational Health team and manage programs. You will provide subject matter expertise and leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a high-performing Occupational Health system for assigned sites.

The role focuses on medical monitoring, work-related injury care, and return-to-work case management, with HIPAA-compliant records and collaboration with EHS, HR, and management. Travel to sites as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Nursing or related field; current RN license (state of practice).
• Experience: 8–12 years in Occupational Health, Emergency Care or Ambulatory Care.
• Skills/Qualifications: Familiar with DOT drug testing, ADA and Bloodborne Pathogens; CPR/First Aid/ AED; spirometry; CAHOC Hearing Conservation.
• Competencies: Strong verbal/written/analytical skills; teamwork; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Occupational Health staff and medical monitoring program.
• Coordinate care provided by medical staff at locations.
• Lead EHS policy development and emergency response leadership.
• Maintain medical records and HIPAA compliance.
• Manage location budgets and fitness programs.
• Support emergency response teams and medical readiness.
