Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health.
• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
• Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other regulations.
• Support employees with return-to-work programs and accommodations.
• Develop wellness programs and preventive care initiatives.
• Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
• Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
• Provide health-related training sessions on workplace hazards.
