Sentara CarePlex Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Employee Occupational Health on a PRN/Flexi basis in Hampton, VA. Shift: Days, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Role involves patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure high-quality care. Requirements include Virginia or Compact multi-state license, BLS within 90 days, and RN degree options (Associate, Bachelor, Diploma, or Master).

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• RN degree options include Associate, Bachelor, Diploma, or Master.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preplacement visits/clearance.
• Conducts annual health screenings on Sentara colleagues.
• Ensures colleagues are up to date with Sentara immunization policy.
• Provides clearances for return to work.
• Conducts respiratory fit testing for colleagues who require N95 mask.
• Manages work-related exposures (bloodborne exposures/infectious disease exposures).
