Koch Foods Inc. is hiring an on-site Occupational Health Nurse (LPN/COHN) to provide medical care and support safety health services within our facility.

The role includes coordinating exams, handling workers' comp information, and promoting health programs for employees. The position requires an LPN license or equivalent, COHN certification or willingness to obtain, and prior occupational health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license or equivalent (EMT/Paramedic)
• COHN certification or willingness to obtain
• Occupational health experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care from minor incidents to first aid
• Support Safety Managers in coordinating health services
• Maintain workers' compensation information and schedule doctor visits
• Coordinate pre-employment exams and drug testing
• Develop employee health and wellness programs
• Maintain relationships with occupational health clinics
• Manage hearing conservation and safety training programs
• Perform other relevant duties
