Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse for 2nd/3rd shift in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on prevention, recognition, and treatment of on-the-job illnesses and injuries with emphasis on health education, counseling, and worker safety.

The nurse will review physicians' reports, manage workers’ compensation claims, support return-to-work processes, and collaborate with local clinics to ensure MIOSHA compliance. A BSN and MI RN license are required.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent with active Michigan RN license.
• 3–6+ years in occupational health or critical care nursing.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation and claims management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource on health matters and review physicians' reports and claims.
• Provide first aid and assist employees who are injured or ill at work.
• Document, investigate, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, including claims.
