A leading healthcare provider seeks a part-time Medical Assistant for Saint Mary's Occupational Health. Position Purpose
As a Medical Assistant in Saint Mary's Occupational Health office, you will provide clinical and clerical support to the unit including, but not limited to, phlebotomy, EKG''s, obtaining specimens & various testing. Heavy clerical duties involving patient registration, discharge planning, scheduling referrals, chart management, and phone contact.
What you will do
In this critical role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, play an active part in unit shared decision making, and enjoy practice autonomy using nurse driven protocols.
