Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State issued RN, LPN, EMT, or CMA license is required.
• 1 year of experience in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies on company property and provide first aid.
• Administer non-prescription medications as appropriate.
• Maintain OSHA records and accident reports.
• Assist in hearing conservation program and fit protective equipment.
• Conduct audiometric testing and baseline data; perform annual follow-ups.
• Prepare health and safety reports in coordination with supervisors.
