Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking an Occupational Health Services (OHS) Associate in Winchester, VA. You will schedule donor health testing, process results, and learn regulatory procedures while supporting clients and internal teams with timely information.

Strong typing, CRM familiarity, and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to meeting SLA and quality standards, document activities in Salesforce, and collaborate to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 required.
• Ability to multitask (read or type while on the phone) required.
• Strong written and verbal comprehension and expression skills required.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM required.
• Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule donor occupational health testing within vendor systems.
• Process and complete drug and occupational health testing results for clients.
• Learn and understand regulated processes for drug and occupational health testing.
• Consult with vendors, labs, clinics on abnormal test situations or results.
• Respond to client, internal, and vendor inquiries about results.
• Record details of calls and tasks into Salesforce.
• Meet production and quality standards; adhere to guidelines and procedures.
• Contribute to team and create work instructions and flow charts.
