Job summary
Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician 2 to join the Occupational Health team in Los Alamos, NM. You will provide worker health services, conduct fitness-for-duty evaluations, manage work-related injuries, and support emergency response with a focus on population health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, interpretation of diagnostic tests, and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff.
Qualifications
- Recent clinical experience in occupational medicine or related fields.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Commitment to worker health and population health management.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Perform fitness-for-duty evaluations and medical surveillance.
- Manage work-related injuries and illnesses and provide after-hours support.
- Support emergency response and advise on health programs.
- Consult on policy development related to worker health.
- Collaborate with Medical Director and Occupational Health team.
