Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC) for health care providers; ACLS may be required by contract.
• Ergonomic Specialty certification preferred.
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; OSHA regulations knowledge preferred.
• Experience in Ergonomics preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement early intervention program with musculoskeletal exams, first aid, and injury prevention education.
• Conduct physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and preventive strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend countermeasures.
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain patient health records and participate in meetings and task forces.
