Job summary

Premise Health in Princeton, IN is seeking a full-time Athletic Trainer – Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist to provide care for client employees at our on-site Health Center.

You will develop prevention programs, conduct musculoskeletal assessments, coordinate care with on-site medical and safety teams, and maintain clear health records. New grads welcome; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in athletic training from an accredited program
• Current BOC certification as Athletic Trainer
• Current hands-on Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC) for healthcare providers
• ACLS may be required depending on contract scope
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
• Experience in Ergonomics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement early injury prevention programs
• Perform musculoskeletal examinations and first aid per OSHA
• Conduct physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify risk
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement
• Coordinate care with on-site medical and safety teams
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately
• Maintain patient health records and participate in meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
