Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a qualified Athletic Trainer to join our on-site team. You will perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, provide first aid per OSHA standards, deliver injury prevention education, and coordinate care with on-site medical and safety colleagues.

You will lead functional movement training, document assessments accurately, and contribute to meetings and task forces. A Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training with BOC certification is required, along with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Hands-on training in BLS/CPR, with possible AHA/ARC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement early intervention programs for musculoskeletal health.
• Perform ergonomic and physical demand assessments to identify high-risk tasks.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement and injury prevention.
• Coordinate with on-site medical and safety teams to optimize care.
