Job summary

OpenAI seeks a hands-on Real Estate & Workplace program manager in San Francisco to own end-to-end moves and CAFM governance. You translate occupancy strategies into safe, low-disruption moves, coordinate vendors, and drive CAFM roadmap and adoption. This hybrid role offers three office days weekly with relocation assistance for new hires.

You will ensure accurate space data, stakeholder alignment, and scalable processes while delivering employee experience and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in workplace operations, move management, or corporate real estate.
• Experience leading concurrent office moves end-to-end.
• Experience as CAFM/IWMS admin (OfficeSpace) incl. data governance.
• Strong program management, analytical, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent office moves from scope to closeout.
• Build integrated move plans covering schedules, budgets, seating, IT/AV, security.
• Lead readiness reviews, issue resolution, and post-move retrospectives.
• Own the CAFM roadmap, governance, releases, and adoption.
