Airshare, headquartered in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Mission Planner to analyze trips, assess feasibility, and provide best-use recommendations. You will coordinate international trip demand, support Flight Control, and work in the Corporate Headquarters office in Overland Park.

This is a full-time on-site role, with a dynamic aviation-focused team. Responsibilities include weather and fuel-data reviews, trip feasibility analyses, and effective communication with Owner Services and Flight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of flight planning experience in private aviation.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/operations and strong technical abilities.
• Dispatch license is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and final reviews for Fractional & Managed trips.
• Analyze weather, NOTAMs, fuel data, weight data, and aircraft performance.
• Coordinate international trip demand and ground handling for non-US airports.
• File eAPIS, General Declarations, and coordinate permits.
• Maintain relationships with international handlers and communicate trip-impacting information.

Mission Planner is tasked to best analyze trip feasibility and provide recommendations to the Owner Services and Flight Control teams and provide the best option for potential trip outcomes for customers. Additionally, Mission Planners will play a crucial role in coordinating international trip demand for Airshare. They will be supporting Flight Control as needed. This position will require you to work in the Corporate Headquarters office located in Overland Park, KS.
