Job summary

International Paper's Riverdale Mill in Selma, AL seeks an OCC Front Line Leader to guide hourly crews toward safety, engagement and reliable operation. You will enforce policies, approve scheduling, and coach individuals to improve performance across maintenance tasks.

You will partner with operations to plan activities, coordinate resources with area leaders, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement within the MWS framework. Weekend duty may be required.

Qualifications

• Leading and directing the OCC crew to achieve safety, engagement, and reliability goals.
• Maintaining compliance with mill policies and labor agreements.
• Coordinating pay and vacation scheduling within policy.
• Conducting one-on-one coaching and development for employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the OCC crew to safety, engagement and reliability excellence.
• Manage team compliance with policies and labor agreements; approve pay/vacation scheduling.
• Conduct 1:1s to provide development feedback; identify training needs and implement plans.
• Coordinate with operations to prioritize maintenance, and with OCC FLLs to resource tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support solutions; act as contractor coordinator when needed.
• Be a key member of the MWS team and improve work systems; participate in weekend duty.
