Job summary

ACI-Herzog Joint Venture seeks an OCC Staff Analyst to analyze and report on operational performance for Hudson Bergen Light Rail. You will collect data, prepare reports, and develop dashboards to support on-time performance and service reliability.

You will work with Transportation Management, OCC Controllers, and maintenance teams to drive data-driven decisions, support special studies, CAPs, and executive briefings under Asset Manager supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of transit/rail operations experience.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and database applications.
• Experience developing executive reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, validate, and analyze operational performance data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Monitor OTP, delays, reliability, and KPI trends; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance indicators.
• Maintain operational databases and support special studies and CAPs.
• Support management with reporting and cross-functional initiatives.
