Qualifications

• Experience in blown film extrusion, packaging, converting, or similar environments preferred.
• Experience leading production changeovers and troubleshooting equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production leadership to support safe, efficient operations and quality.
• Lead equipment changeovers and production setups to meet schedules and transitions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain production processes, areas, and visual management to support performance.
• Coach and train operators on standardized work and quality expectations.
