Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production Operator to run and monitor process equipment, assemble parts, and ensure quality and on-time output in our ELIP division in the United States. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves following ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.

You will operate machines per operating manuals, execute tasks per workflows, and contribute to a team that keeps the line running smoothly.

This position reports to:

Production Supervisor

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.

This role is contributing to the ELIP division in the United States.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assembling and checking product parts.
• Ensuring all machinery runs smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
