Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks a Site Manager for the Oklahoma City OC-ALC operation to ensure bench stock flow, orders processing, and on-time material delivery to production lines. You will coordinate with OC-ALC, DLA, and ASRC Federal teams to meet contract requirements and performance metrics.

The role requires eight+ years in logistics or supply chain, with leadership experience on DoD projects and the ability to obtain a CAC and Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management and DoD MILSTRIP processes.
• Knowledge of DoD procedures for expediting high priority requisitions and SDRs/PQDRs.
• Understanding of demand analysis and its impact on inventory and production.
• Familiar with Material Handling Equipment and safety requirements.
• Experience briefing senior leadership on program status.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage site operations to ensure on-time bench stock and material movement.
• Oversee stock bin management and SOI master schedule adjustments.
• Collaborate with DLA and ASRC Federal Procurement to expedite materials.
• Lead staffing plans, POA&M, and training schedules for contract terms.
• Prepare reports for Government review and brief AF/DLA/ASRC officials.
