Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Site Manager for AFFL to support OC-ALC in Oklahoma City on the IPV contract. You will lead a team responsible for bench stock movement, order processing, and ensuring production continuity at the OC-ALC facility.

The role requires strong DoD supply chain expertise, proven staffing oversight, and the ability to brief senior government and company leadership. Eligibility for a government CAC and a Secret clearance is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of supply chain management principles and DoD procedures.
• Experience with expediting high-priority requisitions, receipts, returns, SDRs/PQDRs.
• Familiar with material handling equipment and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage site operations to meet contract requirements and metrics.
• Interface daily with OC-ALC and DLA representatives to ensure bench stock flow.
• Develop staffing plans, POA&Ms, and training schedules for site personnel.
• Produce reports for government submissions and brief senior officials.
