Responsabilités

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to standards and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Collaborates with patients, families and healthcare providers to provide safe, healing, and compassionate care.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
