Responsabilités

• Collects relevant data to assess health or situation and develops a care plan.
• Coordinates care with the healthcare team and performs nursing duties.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
