Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, Montana, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift across Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby, and NICU.

The role requires a BSN within four years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, BLS, PALS, NRP, and fetal monitoring credentials within set timelines.

You will assess and plan care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, participate in clinical rounds, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Current Montana RN License.
• BLS Certification on hire.
• PALS required within 9 months of hire/transfer.
• NRP/Neonatal Resuscitation required within 12 months of hire.
• AHWONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
