Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and teamwork. The staff RN coordinates with the health team to deliver patient-centered care on the Obstetrics unit.

Required is an accredited nursing degree, Montana RN license, and BLS; BSN within five years for ASN-hired staff may be required. OB/L&D experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN degree holders may need BSN within five years of employment.
• Montana RN license and BLS certification required; NRP and STABLE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs.
• Foster continuity and quality of care for patients and families.
• Assess medical status on admission and contribute to care plans.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
