Mercy in Oklahoma is seeking a Nursing Leader to support the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high‑quality, and cost‑efficient care. You will help optimize staffing, resource utilization, and productivity while partnering with physicians, staff, and administration to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong human relations and communication skills; clinical expertise in relevant area.

Responsabilités
