Practice Details:

• Join a team of 7 Ob/Gyn physicians , 5 Certified Nurse Midwives and 2 Physician Assistants
• Deliveries and surgeries performed at Fairview Southdale Hospital, adjacent to the clinic.
• Admitting Hospital : Fairview Southdale Hospital
• FTE: 1.0
• Schedule details :4 day clinical work week - includes clinic and on-call time
• Call Frequency: 1:7
• Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care andsub specialtyphysicians
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:

• BC/BE with the ABMS
