Qualifications

• Graduate of a residency training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ability to obtain Minnesota medical license and DEA certification.
• BC/BE with the ABMS.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of Ob/Gyn physicians and deliveries at Fairview Southdale Hospital.
• Work a 4-day clinical work week including clinic and on-call time.
• Collaborate with referrals from primary care and specialty physicians.

• Join a team of 7 Ob/Gyn physicians, 5 Certified Nurse Midwives and 2 Physician Assistants
• Deliveriesandsurgeriesperformed at Fairview Southdale Hospital, adjacent to the clinic.
• Admitting Hospital: Fairview Southdale Hospital
• FTE: 1.0
• Schedule details:4 day clinical work week - includes clinic and on-call time
• Call Frequency: 1:7
• Established referral baseof Fairview employed primary care andsub specialtyphysicians
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:
