Healthcare Organization: A Joint Commission-accredited health system, one of the largest community health centers in the Pacific Northwest, and a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.

Opportunity: Seeking OB/GYNs for full-time positions within a community health team. Ideal candidates are passionate about community health and serving underserved populations. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, with shared after-hours call. The EMR system used is EPIC. The team includes a certified bilingual Medical Assistant to aid in translation and patient care. New graduates are encouraged to apply; H1B and J1 waiver assistance are available.

Compensation: Competitive package including a monthly resident stipend, student loan repayment, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and a $20,000 relocation bonus. Benefits include malpractice insurance (no tail coverage needed), PTO, 8 holidays, profit-sharing plans (401a, 403(b), 457(b)), life insurance, medical, dental, vision, CME allowance and time, and participation in a medical Spanish immersion program.
