OBGYN Opening in Central Washington

Position Overview:

• Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
• Onsite lab, X-ray, CT scan, and MRI
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• Manage a patient load of 16-18 per day
• Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Join an OB/GYN team of two physicians and two ARNP nurse midwives. This position is being added to support community growth.

Work/Life Balance and Benefits:

• Compensation: First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median. Transition to RVU production in year two. Starting salary range based on training, experience, and certifications.
• Time Off: Up to 11 weeks of time off after the first year (full-time, five-day production work week, non-immigration status).
• Government Site Qualified: HPSA Score 14
• Relocation Expenses: Up to $20,000, including packing.
