Role: ObGyn Hospitalist

• BE/BC Obstetrics & Gynecology needed in Lake St Louis Region
• Join a busy practice of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Call schedule of 1:5
• 4-day work week
• Clinic hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
• 5 clinic locations out West
• Rotate among 2-3 clinics, one location per day

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain call coverage for holidays, vacations, and other time off
• Maintain standard of practice for patient population
• Manage clinical decisions during office hours in a private office setting
• Contribute to operational policies including purchasing, managed care, budgeting, billing, personnel management, risk management, and coding compliance
• Provide after-hours call coverage for patients
• Participate in community service, speaking engagements, and clinical programs
• Ensure risk management, coding compliance, and quality assurance
• Maintain alertness and safety at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
