Job Description: BC/BE OB/GYN Physician

1. Join a 40+ provider multispecialty group known for its supportive environment.
2. Utilize Athena EMR in a well-established practice setting.
3. Share call duties with 2 CNMs, 2 Family Medicine physicians with OB, and 3 OB/Gyns, resulting in a 1:4 call schedule as needed.
4. Base salary of $369,179, with additional bonuses based on productivity beyond 6926 RVUs (MGMAplus).
5. Full benefits package including family health insurance, vision, dental, and disability coverage.
6. Retirement plan with a 6% match on 401(k).
7. 144 hours of PTO, plus 5 days of CME with a $7,000 annual stipend.
8. Sign-on bonus of $25,000 and relocation assistance of $15,000.
9. Eligible for HHSC or state loan repayment programs.
