Job description

We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join a thrivingwomen's health team in Roseburg, OR. This full-scope practice includesinpatient and outpatient care, gynecologic surgery (robot-assisted available),prenatal and obstetric services, and clinic-based visits. You’ll enjoy acollaborative and supportive team environment with a healthy work-life balance.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-spectrum OB/Gyn:Outpatient clinic, deliveries, inpatient coverage, and surgical cases includingaccess to robotic surgery
• Team-Based Model: Join 3OB/Gyn physicians, 2 family physicians with OB, and 2 certified nurse midwives
• Schedule: Full-time |Inpatient + Outpatient
• Call Rotation: Shared callacross providers – first call with CNMs and FP-OBs, second call among OB/Gynphysicians only
• Volume: Average 16–20patients per day, depending on the schedule
• Supportive Infrastructure:Dedicated OR time, experienced clinical support staff, and integrated EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $386,691 (MGMAmedian) with additional bonus for wRVUs above 6,994

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)from an accredited U.S. medical school
