A leading healthcare provider in Oregon seeks an OB-GYN for a rural practice. The role involves patient care, rounding, and call duties, supported by a large health system. Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with a commitment to quality care and a clean malpractice history.
Job Description:
This position involves a traditional workweek with call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements include a minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week, along with rounding and call duties.
The on-call schedule/ratio is 1/6, shared equitably among employed OB/GYNs.
On average, the provider will see 20-25 patients per day.
The weekend schedule/ratio is also 1/6, shared equitably among the team.
This role offers an opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking a rural-style practice supported by a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group.
Our network includes primary care clinics and specialty care providers, with support from Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, a 4-bed Level II NICU, 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia, an Emergency Department, and a SAMG network of 74 clinics.
An OB Hospitalist service is available. The NICU team follows a family-centered approach with outcomes exceeding national benchmarks.
The coverage is needed due to retirement/move reasons. The desired start date is ASAP.
Practice setting includes rounds and clinic work.
Documentation is managed via EPIC with Dax.
We are accepting candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, with the expectation to become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The floating base salary can reach up to $374,662.

Submission Requirements:
Candidates must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
They should be Board Eligible (to become BC within 3 years) or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
Alternatively, candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a license, DEA, and CDS/CSR credentials.
Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited obstetrics & gynecology residency program is required (please note this in the "Additional Submission Details" field).
Candidates must have a clean malpractice and license history.
