Mason City, Iowa, OB/GYN Job

• Clinical Role:
  • Busy practice with instant volume
  • Join the team of four OBGYNs and one ARNP
  • Approximately five days of call per month
  • Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus, close to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and radiology, with access to Perinatology consultation
  • Operating Room block time available five days a week, including Robotic surgery options
  • Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with on-site blood bank access
  • In-house specialists available for consultation and collaboration, e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology
  • Practice environment where your skills are valued, with physicians respected as community members, fostering a fulfilling lifestyle
  • Accepting H1B visa waiver candidates (no J1)
• Organization:
  • $375,000 base salary
  • Up to $200,000 sign-on bonus
  • 34 days PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
