Position Description

• Provide prenatal, obstetric, well-woman, and gynecological care to adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, emphasizing prevention and healthy lifestyles.
• Manage Women's Health ambulatory care through patient histories, physical exams, clinical diagnoses, evidence-based treatments, and patient education.
• Meet productivity standards of at least 2.7 patient visits per hour.
• Enhance patient satisfaction by considering environmental, social, and cultural factors affecting health.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, including documentation, peer reviews, and projects.
• Practice evidence-based, cost-effective care within a team-based model.
• Make accurate diagnoses and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Develop and follow age-specific preventative health schedules.
• Build and maintain an OB/GYN practice with follow-ups, referrals, inpatient management, and continuity of care.
• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing CME and documentation.
• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care at designated hospitals, with on-call duties as assigned.
• Participate in community health education, health fairs, and strategic planning.
• Assist in training healthcare professionals and perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completed an accredited OB/GYN postgraduate training program
