Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, Montana is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a collaborative team in a 98-bed Level III Trauma Center. You will deliver obstetric and gynecologic care alongside experienced colleagues, with the potential for a flexible two-week on/two-week off or one-week on/off schedule.

The compensation package includes a $366,000 base plus production incentives, a $35,000 starting bonus, and up to $100,000 in student loan repayment (PSLF eligible).

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ACGME accredited residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and perform emergency C-sections as part of a 24-hour in-hospital call structure
• Collaborate with a team of three OB/GYNs, one APP, four MFMs and one Gynecologic Oncologist to provide high-quality care
• Support a flexible scheduling model (two-week on/two-week off or one-week on/one-week off) Within a Level III Trauma Center setting
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services within a multi-disciplinary team at St. James Healthcare within Intermountain Health
• Participate in Life Flight coordination and inpatient rounds as needed

Job description

Full-time - 120 Clinic Shifts per year/168 call shifts per year.

Position Highlights

• Compensation: $366,000 + total package with production incentive
• Incentives: $35,000 starting bonus, up to $100,000 student loan repayment (PSLF eligible)
• Practice Setting: 98-bed Level III Trauma Center. We have Life Flight services available 24-7-365 to receive & transport patients as needed. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, including a da Vinci Robotics surgery.
• Schedule: Potential for a flexible schedule, with options for a two-week on/two-week off model or a one-week on/one-week off model.
• Team: Work alongside three experienced OBGYNs, one APP and four MFMs and one Gynecologic Oncologist
• Call: Manageable call schedule with team support. 24 hours in the hospital (attend deliveries, perform emergency C-sections, round on patients, etc.)
• Travel Stipend: $2,000.00/per month
• Mentorship: Collaborative group with excellent team dynamic
