Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking an Obstetrics Coordinator RN to guide patients through the pregnancy journey, combining nursing assessment, care coordination, and education to support prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum care.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role with hours 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly, plus a $4,000 retention bonus. You will collaborate with OB providers, hospitals, specialists, and community partners, remove barriers to care, document care thoroughly, and

Qualifications

• :
• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 1 year RN experience required
• 5+ years healthcare experience preferred
• Obstetric nursing experience preferred
• Experience with EHR systems preferred
• Care coordination / patient navigation experience preferred
• Missouri RN license required
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire
• Certification in CPI, MANDT, or CALM within 60 days of hire
• Retention bonus paid per policy; exclusions may apply

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum continuum
• Track and follow up on appointments, testing, referrals, and delivery planning
• Provide patient outreach, navigation, education, and follow-up
• Identify barriers to care and connect patients with resources
• Nursing assessment and telephone triage to prioritize concerns
• Collaborate with OB providers, hospitals, specialists, and teams
• Participate in care planning for patients with complex needs
• Maintain timely documentation and support quality initiatives
• Provide occasional direct clinic nursing support
