Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician - Academics Job with Baystate Health in Springfield, MA

Position Highlights:

• Join our team of physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff providing comprehensive ob/gyn care at Baystate Medical Center (BMC) in Springfield, MA.
• Offer services to a diverse patient population, including underprivileged and inner-city communities.
• The department handles approximately 4,200 deliveries annually, with a high proportion of high-risk pregnancies and a level III NICU, supported by strong subspecialty teams.
• Provide outpatient services at five local offices and emergent and routine care at BMC.
• Responsibilities include clinical supervision of the ob/gyn triage unit staffed 24/7 by Certified Nurse Midwives, and performing minimally invasive and open gynecologic surgeries in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Practice in an academic environment alongside residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers, with a faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate.
• Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time, part-time, or per diem.
