Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse Practitioner Job with Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN

Join to apply for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse Practitioner role at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN.

We are seeking an APP Clinical Manager to serve as a liaison between all APP Department providers (Coleman Center, Midwives, Urogynecology, GynOnc, MFM, OBED) and the service line leadership. This position combines clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the OBGYN department in Indianapolis.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Days
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• No weekends, holidays, or call
• 80% Clinical and 20% Administrative
• Work directly with 6-8 physicians and 2-3 Team Leads
• 34 total APPs, including full-time, part-time, and supplemental

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee APP scheduling, professional development, recruitment, onboarding, clinical supervision, and team dynamics
• Advocate for department APPs at the system level, ensure effective communication, conduct regular check-ins, oversee evaluations and quality initiatives, collaborate with physician and administrative leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of APP experience required
• RN or APP experience in OB/GYN; prior leadership experience required
