Job Overview

We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Level 3 NICU at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, IN.

Position Details

• PRN
• Rotating shifts (8-10 hr & 24-hour shifts), including days & nights
• 100% inpatient
• 38-bed Level III NICU, caring for premature and term neonates with various health conditions
• Team includes 9 physicians and 11 APPs

Key Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries of high-risk neonates
• Develop care plans and oversee critically ill neonates
• Perform procedures such as intubation, PICC line placement, UAL/UVL, chest tube placement

Qualifications

• NNP or PA-Neonatal certification required
• NICU and delivery experience required; Level III-IV experience preferred
