Job summary

HCA Florida Oak Hill Womens Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with OB/GYN expertise. You will perform fetal and gynecologic ultrasounds, identify anomalies, and work with various ultrasound machines to provide accurate assessments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Ultrasound, required.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Minimum one year OB/GYN ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS certification, required.
• RDMS-OBGYN highly preferred.
• BLS required.
• Must be certified in diagnostic ultrasound per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Applies fetal ultrasound principles to evaluate fetal anomalies.
• Identifies fetal and gynecological anomalies and performs related scans.
• Makes preliminary diagnoses of gynecological and fetal disorders.
• Operates GE, Accuson, Medison, and ATL machines.
• Maintains ultrasound logging records and patient histories.
• Prepares patients for Level I & II ultrasounds and related procedures.
• Maintains professional relationships with staff and other offices.
• Exercises independent judgment to assess fetal well-being and report findings.
