HCA Healthcare’s Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is seeking a Certified Obstetric Surgical Technologist to join a collaborative obstetric and surgical team. You will prepare the sterile field, assist with patient positioning, and provide instruments and support during procedures to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR, or (ST/PS) Surgical Technologist, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
• Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety
• Providing instruments, equipment, and hands‑on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures
• Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly
• Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient‑centered care and a seamless surgical experience
