Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes. The role requires an RN license and BLS certification, with Associate's degree in nursing required and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors.

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
